Tamale heating instructions
Tamales are fully cooked and ready to eat after reheating. They may be steamed for 20 minutes or wrapped in a damp kitchen towel and microwaved for 2 ½ minutes. Times may vary depending on the power of your microwave. Heat them longer if necessary, checking frequently.

Mexican-style hot chocolate instructions
Each tablet of chocolate makes 4 cups of Mexican-style hot chocolate. Heat 4 cups of milk until it simmers, pour it into a blender, then add one chocolate tablet and blend the mixture on low speed until it’s frothy. If you don’t have a blender, simply stir the heated milk and chocolate tablet into a pot.
