Take a two-person culinary journey through flavors of Central Mexico for $75! Inspired by owner Azucena Tovar’s annual pilgrimage to her hometown of San Miguel De Allende, Los Sombreros recently rolled out a new menu featuring more than 20 authentic starters, salads, soups, and entrées. Starting Thursday, August 15, dinner guests will be able to sample 10 of these new items by ordering one single tasting menu.
10-COURSE TASTING MENU

TASTING-SIZED PORTIONS THAT INCLUDE:
2 cups of shrimp cocktail Mexican style
One quesadilla, Mexico City style, made with fresh masa
(Huitlacoche, picadillo, Chicharron or hibiscus)
Jicama and orange salad
2 small smoked salmon tostaditas
One Chile relleno de pollo and one of beef picadillo
2 small cheese enchiladas, plaza style with red guajillo sauce, potatoes and carrots
Salmon with mango Pico de Gallo and snapper Veracruz style
Crepes with cajeta and almond tequila
Split charge per extra person $20, it includes a shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon tostadita, cheese enchilada and a crepe.
