3 lb masa
1 lb lard
4 cups corn
2 cups shredded jack cheese
2 cups roasted peeled & diced poblano chiles
1 cup milk
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking power
12 corn husk soaked in warmed water

Beat the lard first, add chunks of masa, then all other ingredients

Use a spoon and smear masa, then wrape it like a burrito into the the corn husk and then into an aluminum foil sheet.

Place all tamales, standing up in a steamer, please make sure it has water, and steam for an hour.
